who has more than 25 years in direct sales, including extensive International market experience from overseas assignments. She possesses specialized skills in New Market Development, Field Sales Training and Motivation as well as Operational Management. Her exceptional interpersonal skills have resulted in strong teams who effectively implement and grow businesses that consistently achieved P & L results in excess of plan. During the period 1992-2002, Mrs. Creber was a senior executive with PartyLite Gifts, Inc., one of the nation's largest and best-known party plan direct selling companies. From 1992-1997 she was PartyLite's President of Canada, where in less than 5 years, she successfully launched and directed the company's growth to become the largest Party Plan company in Canada with sales in excess of $100 million (Cdn.) During that period she also provided support with ongoing training for country openings in Germany, United Kingdom and Holland. She has held major positions in other European nations as well. In 1997 Bobbie was honored as the recipient of the Ivan P. Phelan Award, presented by the Canadian DSA to individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to the advancement of direct selling in Canada.
